Entdecke, wo Agile auf Kultur trifft. Die globale F&E-Organisation von KARL STORZ befindet sich in einer mehrj\u00e4hrigen kulturellen Transformation, an der weltweit mehr als 750 Mitarbeitende beteiligt sind. Im Mittelpunkt stehen sechs kulturelle S\u00e4ulen\u2014Ownership, Kommunikation, Vertrauen, psychologische Sicherheit, Lernkultur und Growth Mindset\u2014die durch agile Praktiken mit Leben gef\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>\n

Ich spreche dar\u00fcber, wie Zusammenarbeit, Transparenz und kontinuierliches Lernen nachhaltigen Erfolg in agilen Umgebungen erm\u00f6glichen und warum sich Kultur\u2014definiert durch gelebtes Verhalten im Alltag\u2014nur dann ver\u00e4ndern kann, wenn sie durch agile Arbeitsweisen unterst\u00fctzt wird, die diese S\u00e4ulen konkret umsetzbar machen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
