Featured Topic: Agile is the Beat – Culture is the Rhythm!
Discover where Agile meets culture. KARL STORZ’s global R&D organization is undergoing a multi-year cultural transformation involving more than 750 employees worldwide. At the heart of this transformation are six cultural pillars—ownership, communication, trust, psychological safety, a culture of learning, and a growth mindset—which are brought to life through agile practices.
I’ll discuss how collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning enable sustainable success in agile environments, and why culture—defined by the behaviors we practice in our daily lives—can only change if it is supported by agile working practices that make these pillars actionable.
